What is ANCash?
ANCash is an easy way to save money on adventure bookings. It can be earned on booking with us, and
can later be redeemed to get discounts on future bookings. ANCash can be appreciably valuable in case of cancellations, in which case the
refunded amount can be immediately processed back to the ANCash wallet. The amount refunded can be redeemed on the next booking.
How do I earn ANCash?
At the moment, ANCash can only be earned by booking on the Adventure Nation website. We are currently
working on expanding its scope to include more ways of earning and using ANCash.
Is there a limit on the amount of ANCash I can earn?
Yes, the limit would vary based on the booking amount and the type of the trip booked.
What is the validity of ANCash?
The ANCash you earn is valid for one year from the date on which the amount becomes redeemable in your
account. You can view all the earned and used ANCash amounts in My ANCash section in your profile. Validity of each earned amount (which is not
exhausted) is also displayed next to the amount in My ANCash section.
When can I use my ANCash?
You can use your ANCash in your next booking.
Is there a limit on the amount of ANCash I can redeem?
Yes, the amount you can use would vary on the expirable amount in your account, the type of trip you
are booking and the booking amount.
Is there a minimum booking amount to earn ANCash?
No, there is no minimum booking amount. You will earn some ANCash amount on each successful booking.
Is there a minimum booking amount to redeem ANCash?
No, there is no minimum booking amount to redeem ANCash. Only the amount you can redeem would vary.
Can I redeem ANCash as a guest user?
No, you cannot redeem ANCash as a guest user. You need to login to your Adventure Nation account to
redeem your ANCash.
Can I transfer ANCash to my bank account?
No, the ANCash amount is non-transferable.
What is expirable and non-expirable ANCash?
Expirable ANCash will expire after a certain period (generally 1 year). ANCash earned on a booking is an example of expirable ANCash.
Non-expirable ANCash is the ANCash which never expires and can be used any time in the future. Refund amounts in the ANCash wallet
is an example of non-expirable ANCash.
Can I transfer my ANCash to friends or family members?
No, the ANCash is not transferable at the moment. We are currently working on expanding its scope to
include more ways of earning and using ANCash.
