ITINERARY:
Day 01
Arrive at your own at Himalayan Eco Lodge in Viratkhai, Chakrata. The lodge is located in Uttarakhand state and is easily approachable from Delhi (8 hour drive), Dehradun (2 hour drive) and Saharanpur (3 hour drive). Check in to the lodge and spend some time relaxing. Spend the day at leisure; admire the enchanting views of the Himalayan peaks from the lodge. In the evening enjoy the bonfire and have dinner. Stay overnight at the tents.
Day 02
Wake up to the view of the majestic Himalayan peaks shining golden in the sunrise. Have your breakfast and leave for a short guided trek. Capture the panoramic views of Himalayan Ranges. You will be busy with your camera throughout, as each sight is worth capturing! Enjoy the bonfire in the evening and have your dinner. Stay overnight at the lodge.
Day 03
Have breakfast in the morning with the stunning view all around you in the comforts of your lodge. You can indulge in river rafting on river Yamuna, and other adventure activities around the lodge. Try out bridge slithering and body surfing on the river. As the night sets in, gaze at the starry night sky sitting next to the warmth of a bonfire. Have your dinner and stay overnight at the lodge.
Day 04
Rise early in the morning again to see the sun kissed Himalayan Peaks. Have your breakfast and check out from the lodge and continue towards your onwards journey to your next destination.
