Itinerary
Day 1: Mumbai - Bari Gaon
Gear up for a wonderful trip to Kalsubai with your group of friends or family. Make sure you have packed your trekking shoes, torches, and other things that may be necessary for the trek. Reach the mentioned site in Dadar (East) at 11 pm and meet the team there. Travel from Dadar to Thane and arrive at Teen Hath Naka Junction at 12 am. From Thane, travel to the base village, Bari Gaon for an enthralling trek, so make sure you get a good night sleep.
Day 2: Bari Gaon – Mumbai
You will reach Bari Gaon in the wee hours of morning, so take some rest till dusk. Have a filling breakfast at 6 am and get ready for an adventurous day. You will start your Kalsubai Trek at 6.30 am after a brief introduction of the activity. Ascend this 5,400 feet peak amidst the greenery and some tricky, slippery routes. Walk carefully and immerse yourself in nature’s arms as you climb the magnificent hill. The monsoon makes it even more spectacular, with foggy weather and fresh flora all around. Your effort will be totally worth it when you get to the summit. On reaching the top at around 10.30 am, behold the splendid surrounding fog-covered peaks and greenery.
