Located in the Satara district of Maharashtra, Panchgani is one of the most popular hill towns and tourist destinations of the state. It sits beautifully amidst five hills of the Sahyadri ranges and the River Krishna River flows nearby making it all the more picturesque. Panchgani is also known for strawberry farming and there is even a strawberry festival held here every year.

It is an ideal weekend getaway to be among the hills and switch off from the everyday worries of the world. The camp is spread on a vast expanse of pollution free land that allows all kinds of travelers to connect with nature and appreciate the joys of the outdoors.
Panchgani camping can be deemed as basic if not luxurious but rest assured all matters related to hospitality and hygiene will be well taken care of. The camp offers a plethora of activities to keep you occupied at all times. You can participate in activities like Burma Bridge, rock climbing, nearby day hikes, obstacle course, trust walk and many more.

What works best here in Panchgani is its weather. You can visit the campsite year round. Even though summer days are hot, evenings are usually cooler due to the strong winds in the hills. Monsoon is the best time to visit here as due to heavy downpours, it opens doors for various adventure activities like water fall rappelling and nearby treks. Winters are cold and the surrounding mountains offer amazing vistas.
