The extremely beautiful route will take you up in the mountains via Nainbagh and Damta. If you want to make some important calls, then Purola is the last city on the route with good network connectivity. Day 02: Himri - Bheetri - Kurala Thaach (8 KMS/ 8530 feet)
After a light breakfast at Himri,  jeeps will be waiting for us. We will leave for Bheetri which is the last motorable village on our route. Bheetri, with over a hundred households, is a typical village of the Garhwal Himalayas. From Bheetri we start walking towards Kurala Thaach. After crossing Bheerti we reach Sarutaal after walking for 2 kms and admire the views of Rupin Valley from the cliff. Sarutaal is a small beautiful seasonal pond at the edge of the cliff. Rest for a while at the paradise, before walking into the woodland for a 6 KM hike. You will reach Kurala Thaach which is a vast grassy meadow, home to the locals who live with their herds of cattle and equines. It will be a pleasant sight to spot cows, buffaloes, horses and mules grazing in the grassy pastures.
