Inclusions:
1). Meeting and assistance at the airport in Leh.
2). All land transportation as per itinerary using Non A/C Vehicle (Innova/ Xylo/ Scorpio).
3). Sightseeing accompanied by a local Ladakhi English speaking guide.
4). Ladakh Environmental fee and Entrance fee at the monasteries of visit (Single visit)Restricted area permit fee for visiting Khardungla.
5). All trekking arrangements (Includes trekking guide, cook, helpers, support vehicle/ ponies/ horses for carrying luggage etc.)
6). All camping arrangements (Includes member's tents, mattresses, kitchen tent, dinning tent, toilet tent, tables, stools etc). Member's to bring their own sleeping bags.Bottled water in vehicle during the drives.
7). During the trek, boiled drinking water will be provided, which can be refilled every day in the morning and evening from the kitchen.
8). Full board accommodation on twin sharing basis for 8 nights (4 nights in Leh, 2 night in Ulley Tokpo, using best available 'A' Class hotel/ Resort and 2 nights of outdoor camping).
Exclusions:
1). Domestic Airfare to/ from Leh.
2). Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, baggage insurance and trip cancellation charges.
3). GST @ 5.0%
4). Any optional trips other than specified in the program.
5). Any meals other than specified in the program (Breakfast, Lunch & Diner).
6). Use of mini-bar in the hotel rooms wherever applicable
7). Any personal expenses such as alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips & gratuities, laundry etc.
8). Personal equipment like clothes, daypacks, sleeping bags, thermo-rest, cameras, binocular, medical kit etc.
Any exigency expenses caused by or liability for disturbance in trip program due to circumstances beyond our normal control such as airline delays/ cancellation, road blocks, vehicle malfunctions, weather conditions, sickness, natural disasters, riots etc.
