Spend a day or two angling with us and learn the art of trout angling while enjoying the serene beauty of the surrounding Himalayan terrain.
ITINERARY:
DAY 1:
We aim at arriving in McLeodGanj at the earliest and check-in to the hotel. Post this we have a hearty breakfast and spend the rest of the unwinding by acquainting ourselves with this peaceful mountain town. There is a lot to be done here, from a leisurely walk exploring the Tibetan market shopping for souvenirs, visiting the Dalai Lama Temple and the Tibet Museum. Another interesting and refreshing activity to experience is a walk up to the Church of St. John in wilderness and visiting the nearby villages. There are several scenic trails in and around McLeod to absorb the beauty of nature. Have your dinner and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
DAY 2:
Have a quick but filling breakfast and then we take you for the fun part of the trip – angling. We move towards Barot Valley and spend the rest of the day angling. There is a lot to learn and experience in this day, while sitting in the middle of serene valley. Your lunch is arranged by the riverside itself. We continue trout angling till late evening. After this we have our dinner and stay in a guest house in the Barot Valley itself.
DAY 3:
We have an early breakfast and leave for McLeodGanj. Reach your destination by early afternoon to proceed further towards your homeward journey.
